We can identify competitive prospects in undeveloped or unproven bloodstock through close consultation with equine veterinarians and trainers. We study and cross-reference information carefully, so we not only make better decisions but provide our best thinking for clients.
Our commitment to horses takes us on the ground throughout their racing careers. We work behind the scenes, utilising the full resources at hand, and visit the pre-training facilities, stables and spelling farms to monitor progress every step of the way. Rigorous analysis and identifying risk are essential to our ability to provide a clear picture for our clients.

Our bloodstock services business has found horses that have won two Melbourne Cups, three Cox Plates, a Caulfield Cup as well as other elite Group 1’s including the Caulfield Guineas, AJC Australian Derby, VRC Oaks, Australian Cup, Doncaster Handicap, Flight Stakes, Prince of Wales’s Stakes, Irish Champion Stakes and Hong Kong International Bowl – some on multiple occasions.
DGR has an ability to source high-quality bloodstock for strong returns while minimising risk at auction. We are highly selective in our approach, targeting horses across different spectres of racing. Many of our successes have been purchased at a cost below the annual sales average.
