A colt by current leading Australian Second Season Sire Rubick out of the well-related Street Cry mare Tiergarten.
Rubick’s accomplishments as a young sire have been phenomenal. In his first crop, he has already sired Yes Yes Yes, winner of the $14 million ‘The Everest’ and G2 Todman Stakes.
Rubick’s other top-class progeny include recent G2 AV Kewney Stakes and $1 million Inglis 3YO Sprint winner Rubisaki who has won six of her eight race starts (four in succession), plus stakes winner Condo’s Express.
DGR Thoroughbred Services’ important theme of purchasing yearlings with dominant dam sires flow through this colt’s pedigree page with leading broodmare sires Street Cry, Redoute’s Choice, More Than Ready and Snippets all present on his page.
Most importantly, two top racehorses and leading sires Snitzel and Hinchinbrook appear in his immediate family.
This colt will head to Caulfield to be trained by highly successful trainers Mick Price and Michael Kent Jnr. Duncan’s first purchase with Mick is Craftsmanship, who won a stakes race this season and also ran in the VRC Derby.
This colt has now been named Sudoko.
Duncan's Comments
