From small foal crops in both Hemispheres, Starspangledbanner has produced exceptional racehorses, including the 2021 Cox Plate winner State Of Rest along with top 2YO’s, Millisle and The Wow Signal.
Starspangledbanner boasts a 61% winners to runners strike rate, which includes 21 individual stakes winners. He has produced winners over all distances, although his progeny looks to thrive over the sprint and mile distances like himself.
Starspangledbanner was crowned Champion Sprinter four times and performed to the highest level, winning feature sprints across Europe and Australia.
This colt is from the Montjeu mare, Monmisi, who was a winner over 1650 metres. She is the half-sister to Group One New Zealand Stakes winner The Party Stand; Group Three placed Crimson Lady and Raadisi, the dam of three-time Group One winner Callsign Mav. This is also the family of Champion Female Australian Sprinter, Arcadia Queen.
Breezing up in a sharp time of 10.86, this colt has a fantastic free-flowing action and a great attitude. He is beautifully balanced and has a gorgeous head.
